Privacy policy
Your data, clearly explained
Panorama Star and Panorama Sports (Season 11) collect the minimum information needed to register you, verify your payment, and issue your printable eligibility certificate — nothing more.
Kya data lete hain
- Registration form: student name, school/college/club, date of birth, father’s name, category, both mobile numbers, email, 12-digit Aadhaar number, event/sport selection, group name and member count (groups only).
- Optional: a passport size photograph (auto-compressed in your browser to under 20 KB) used on the printed certificate.
- Eligibility certificate form: the 21 fields shown on the certificate, including address, admission details, identification marks, bank account details for prizes and your signature name.
- Payment records: amount, currency, payment status, Razorpay order/payment IDs and timestamps. Card and UPI details are handled only by Razorpay — we never see or store them.
Data ka use kaise hota hai
- Registration verification, duplicate-entry checks, billing and payment receipts, eligibility-certificate generation, and results/refund communication.
- Aadhaar values are stored only as AES-256-GCM ciphertext plus a one-way HMAC for duplicate detection — no one can view the original digits from our database.
- Photos live only as small certificate-ready images tied to your Registration ID and are shown inside the admin console strictly for verification and printing.
Sharing aur security
- We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with the payment gateway (order verification and receipts) and the delivery email provider.
- Database access uses row-level security plus a server-only service key. Admin pages require a signed-in admin session; there is no public bulk export.
- Analytics, if any, are aggregated and never contain names, numbers or Aadhaar fragments.
Aapke rights
- You can ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of your registration and certificate data by emailing the festival team.
- After deletion we may keep payment records that the law requires us to retain (amount, status, and provider references) without identifiers.
- Verification, prize and refund communication may continue where a payment obligation exists.
Questions or deletion requests
Email the festival team with your Registration ID (for example, PS-XXXXXXXXXXXX), and we will reply within a few working days.
